ekoreva is built and run by one person, so contact is simple: email, and I read it myself.

Support runs through support@ekoreva.xyz. There's no contact form on this site and no chatbot in between. Email goes straight to the inbox I check every day.

What to expect

Because it's one person handling support, code, and everything else, replies usually land within a day, sometimes two if I'm deep in shipping something or it's a weekend. If your issue is urgent (payment problem, extension broken, can't log in), say so in the subject line and I'll bump it up.

Before you email

Two pages answer most questions faster than waiting on a reply:

  • FAQ, for questions about pricing, voice profiles, privacy, and how the extension works.
  • Support, for troubleshooting steps if the extension isn't showing up on X, your voice profile isn't building, or replies aren't sounding right yet.

If those don't cover it, email is the right move. Include your account email and, if it's a bug, what page you were on and what happened. That's usually enough for me to reproduce it and fix it, or at least tell you what's going on.
