Most issues with ekoreva fall into a handful of buckets. Here's how to fix them yourself, usually in under five minutes.

The extension isn't showing up on X+

Check that ekoreva is enabled in chrome://extensions, then hard-refresh your X tab (Ctrl+Shift+R). ekoreva injects its UI into the compose box, so if the tab was already open before you installed it, a refresh is usually all it takes. Confirm you're on x.com or twitter.com directly and not a third-party client, since that's the only place ekoreva runs.

My voice profile says it's still building+

ekoreva reads up to your last 500 tweets to build your voice profile, and the first pass usually takes a few minutes depending on how much history you have. If it's been stuck for over 15 minutes, disconnect and reconnect your X account from the dashboard to reset the pull. A newer account with fewer tweets will naturally build a thinner profile since there's less to learn from.

Reply suggestions don't sound like me yet+

Voice matching improves with more data and more usage. If your profile just finished building, give it a handful of replies before judging it, and watch the voice-match percentage on each suggestion. If it stays consistently low, you likely don't have much tweet history yet, or your recent tweets don't reflect the tone you actually want in replies. Posting a bit more in your normal voice helps it recalibrate faster.

Billing and crypto payment questions+

Plans are Free, Starter $9, Pro $19 (most popular), Creator $34, and Agency $59 per month, with about 20% off on annual billing. Payment is in USDC across Base, Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, or BNB. Crypto billing is simpler for a one-person operation to run than a full payment-processor stack, and it matches how many ekoreva users already transact. If a payment doesn't register within a few minutes of confirmation, email support with the transaction hash and it'll get sorted manually.

How do I revoke ekoreva's access?+

Go to your dashboard settings and disconnect your X account, which immediately stops any future reads of your tweets or thread context. If you want your data deleted entirely rather than just disconnected, email support and it'll be removed. Ekoreva is architecturally blocked from ever reading your Direct Messages, so that isn't something you need to turn off separately.
